Step 1 — reserve online, free
Every booking here starts the same way, whether it is a pirate boat day in Side or a private yacht: you pick a date, choose adults, children and infants in the form, and send the request. That reservation costs nothing and commits you to nothing financially.
No card data is ever collected — not at booking, not later. There is simply no payment step on this website, which is the cleanest privacy policy a checkout can have: we cannot store what we never ask for.
Step 2 — confirmation on WhatsApp
After the request arrives, a real person checks availability for your date and confirms your reservation, usually by WhatsApp — the fastest channel while you are travelling. Support runs in English, German, Russian and Polish, so you can ask anything in your own language.
This is also the moment to mention practical details: your hotel name, a dietary note, a stroller, a birthday on board. Short questions get short answers — you are chatting with the people who run the boats, not a call centre. Changes after booking, like one more child or a different date, go through the same chat, with no forms and no email chains.
Step 3 — your pickup time, confirmed for your hotel
You will notice tour pages never publish an exact departure clock time. That is deliberate honesty, not vagueness: the transfer bus collects guests from many hotels along the coast, and the pickup order depends on which hotels are on that day's list. A fixed time printed in advance would be wrong for almost everyone.
So instead, once your booking is confirmed we send the pickup time that applies to your hotel for your date. It arrives before the tour day, in writing, so there is nothing to memorise from a phone call. And if a tour does not cover your hotel's area at all, we say so straight away when confirming — before you plan the day around it.
Step 4 — pay in euros on the day
Payment happens on the day of the tour, in euros, in person. Nothing is charged in advance and there is no online checkout — the price you saw is the price you settle when you join the boat.
If you are comparing what different days cost before you commit, the overview of boat tour prices on the Antalya coast lays out every fare band per person in one place.
Cancellation — in both directions
Your side: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, and since nothing was prepaid there is no refund to chase — you simply tell us and the reservation is released. Date changes work the same way, subject to availability.
Our side: at sea, weather has the final word. If the captain cancels the sailing — rough sea, a closed harbour — you choose between moving to another day or cancelling entirely, both at no cost. If you are still deciding where that free reservation should go, our shortlist of which boat tour in Side suits you sorts the fleet by guest type.
The day itself, start to finish
On the morning of the tour you wait at your hotel at the confirmed time, the air-conditioned vehicle collects you, and you join the boat with the other guests. You settle the price in euros when you are there — after that, the day runs exactly as the tour page describes it, with swim stops and meals wherever they are listed.
At the end, the same transfer returns you to your hotel. No vouchers to print, no desk to visit, no card machine mid-holiday: a reservation made in two minutes online, a confirmation in your pocket, and a day at sea paid for the old-fashioned way.
