Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Message us on WhatsApp with your reservation reference and it is done — there is nothing to refund, because nothing was charged.
Later than that
Inside 24 hours, tell us anyway. Seats and meals are planned per person, so we ask that you give as much notice as you can, but no payment is collected in advance and you will not be invoiced.
If we cancel
If the weather or the sea makes a departure unsafe, the captain does not sail. We move you to another date that suits you or cancel entirely at no cost.
No-shows
If nobody is at the pickup point at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the vehicle continues its route and the boat sails as scheduled. Message us as early as you can if your plans change.
