What we will not tell you
Plenty of pages will hand you sea temperatures by month and a ranked list of the best weeks to sail. We do not hold that data, so we are not going to invent it. What we do hold is the operating record of every boat we sell: how long each day runs, which water it runs on, what the crew does when the forecast turns, and what that costs you. That is a smaller answer, and a true one.
The practical consequence is simple. On this coast the choice that changes your day is which boat and which water, not which square on the calendar.
Morning, all day, or evening
Most of the fleet is a daytime affair: the classic Side coast cruise runs about seven hours, the canyon catamaran about six, and the long island days eleven. If a full day is more than your group can hold, the shorter departures exist for exactly that reason, and the Side fishing boat records an early departure for the best fishing light.
Evenings are a different product rather than the same trip after dark. The night disco cruises sail once the heat has gone, and their own guidance is to bring a light layer for the cooler sea breeze — the single most ignored sentence on this coast. The luxury motor yacht is the single boat whose record offers a sunset return on request, and it has to be asked for when you book.
When the sea is lively, change the water rather than the date
This is the trick most visitors never hear. When the open sea is bouncy, you do not have to give up your boat day: the Manavgat river runs calm and is expressly there for people who would rather avoid rough open water, and the canyon reservoir behind the dam is flat almost by definition.
It matters for the stops as well as the stomach. On the open-sea boats the route may change with sea and weather conditions, and swimming stops on the relax cruise depend on the day's sea state — that is normal seamanship, not a downgrade. Heat, shade and cool water
In the hottest weeks the useful question is where the water is cold, not where the air is cool. The canyon is fed off the mountains and stays refreshingly cool right through the year, to the point where the Antalya departure tells guests to pack a light layer. On the sea boats the equivalent relief is the swim stop itself, plus whatever shade the deck offers.

The only fixed date on this coast
One day genuinely does depend on the calendar: the Manavgat Grand Bazaar is only held on Mondays and Thursdays, so the river-and-market day has to fall on one of those two. Everything else is a question of availability rather than dates.
Availability is worth a thought of its own in the busy weeks. The Side pirate ship warns in its own notes that it fills fast in peak season, and a boat that is full is far more likely to change your plans than the weather is.

- Rough sea: switch to the river or the canyon instead of losing the day
- Hot spell: freshwater stays cool when the sea does not

If the forecast turns
Two facts here are genuinely about timing. Light rain rarely stops a sailing: the Alanya night yacht is the boat that documents it, running in the evening even in light rain, with only severe weather taking it off the water.
